12 May 2011 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3606/2007 that Eurobank EFG Equities notified it on 11.05.2011 that:

1.   On 09.05.2011 it bought 7 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR3,502.00

2.   On 09.05.2011 it sold 700 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR3,608.00

3.   On 09.05.2011 it bought 2.500 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR13,157.08
