13 May 2008 ? Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in conjunction with article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, that EFG Eurobank Securities notified it:a) on 13.05.2008 that it purchased on 09.05.2008 1,000 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €14,440.00
b) on 13.05.2008 that it sold on 09.05.2008 14,650 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €212,976.54
c) on 13.05.2008 that it purchased on 12.05.2008 900 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €13,104.00
d) on 13.05.2008 that it sold on 12.05.2008 12,490 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €181,693.20
The abovementioned transactions were made for the derivatives market making account.
