13 May 2011 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3606/2007 that Eurobank EFG Equities notified it on 13.05.2011 that:

1.   On 11.05.2011 it sold 1,600 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR8,856.00

2.   On 11.05.2011 it bought 21 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR11,286.00

3.   On 12.05.2011 it bought 4,884 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR25,445.64

4.   On 12.05.2011 it bought 300 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR1,609.00

5.   On 12.05.2011 it sold 500 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR2,720.00

6.   On 12.05.2011 it sold 3 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR1,575.00
