Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007

14 April 2008 ? Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in conjunction with article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, that EFG Eurobank Securities notified it:

 a)   on 11.04.2008 that it purchased on 10.04.2008 7,300 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €109,850;

 b)   on 11.04.2008 that it purchased on 10.04.2008 2,000 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €30,000;

 c)   on 11.04.2008 that it sold on 10.04.2008 6,012 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €91,366.16;

 d)   on 14.04.2008 that it sold on 11.04.2008 2,000 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €30,000;

 e)   on 14.04.2008 that it sold on 11.04.2008 12,354 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €188,464.50;

 f)    on 14.04.2008 that it purchased on 11.04.2008 7,200 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €109,054.
