Announcement of regulated information in accordance with Law 3556/2007 

14 April 2011 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3606/2007 that Eurobank EFG Equities notified it on 13.04.2011 that:

1.   On 12.04.2011 it bought 10 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR5,980.00

2.   On 12.04.2011 it sold 1,000 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR6,088.90

In addition, Eurobank EFG Equities notified the company on 14.04.2011 that:

3.   On 13.04.2011 it sold 2 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR1,206.00

4.   On 13.04.2011 it bought 200 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR1,218.00

The above transactions by Eurobank EFG Equities took place in its capacity as market maker in the derivatives market.
