14 June 2013 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. (HELEX) announces, pursuant to Laws 3556/2007 and 3606/2007, that Eurobank Equities notified it on 11.06.2013 that:

 3.    On 06.06.2013 it sold 569 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR3,487.97

 4.    On 06.06.2013 it bought 569 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR3,492.25

 5.    On 06.06.2013 it sold 300 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR1,852.00

 6.    On 06.06.2013 it bought 11,600 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR71,346.87

 7.    On 07.06.2013 it sold 65 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR40,152.00

 8.    On 07.06.2013 it bought 10 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR6,115.00

 9.    On 07.06.2013 it sold 1,680 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR10,248.00

 20.  On 11.06.2013 it bought 36 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR21,056.00

 21.  On 11.06.2013 it sold 8,260 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR48,979.34

 22.  On 11.06.2013 it bought 8,800 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR51,821.34

The above transactions by Eurobank Equities took place in its capacity as market maker in the derivatives market.

The notification by Eurobank Equities S.A. to HELEX and in turn by HELEX to the capital market authorities, is disclosed because Mr. Konstantinos Vousvounis holds a managerial position as non-executive chairman of the Eurobank Equities S.A. Board of Directors, while at the same time he is a non-executive member of the HELEX Board of Directors (i.e. liable for reporting according to Law 3340/2005).
