15 July 2008 ? Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in conjunction with article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, that EFG Eurobank Securities notified it:
a) on 14.07.2008 that it purchased on 10.07.2008 2,000 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €17,468.00
b) on 14.07.2008 that it sold on 10.07.2008 2,700 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €23,438.00
c) on 14.07.2008 that it purchased on 11.07.2008 1,600 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €13,826.00
d) on 14.07.2008 that it sold on 11.07.2008 12,800 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €109,935.28
The above mentioned transactions were made for the derivatives market making account.
