15 March 2011 - HellenicExchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3606/2007 thatEurobank EFG Equities notified it on 15.03.2011 that:

1.   On 11.03.2011 it sold 33 HELEX futures at atotal value of EUR20,393.00

2.   On 11.03.2011 it bought 23 HELEX futures ata total value of EUR14,339.00

3.   On 11.03.2011 it sold 500 HELEX commonregistered shares, at a total value of EUR3,195.00

4.   On 11.03.2011 it bought 1,500 HELEX commonregistered shares, at a total value of EUR9,348.30
