15 October 2010 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3606/2007 that Eurobank EFG Equities notified it on 15.10.2010 that:

 1.      On 13.10.2010 it sold 307 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR1,822.48

 2.      On 13.10.2010 it bought 3 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR1,827.22

 3.      On 14.10.2010 it bought 27 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR16,294.60

 4.      On 14.10.2010 it sold 2,653 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR15,623.26

Transactions #1- 4 by Eurobank EFG Equities took place in its capacity as market maker in the derivatives market.
