Announcement of regulated information in accordance with Law 3556/2007 

15 October 2013 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. (HELEX) announces, pursuant to Laws 3556/2007 and 3606/2007, that Eurobank Equities notified it on 11.10.2013 that:

  1. On 10.10.2013 it sold 30 HELEX futures for a total of EUR21,195.00
  2. On 10.10.2013 it bought 45 HELEX futures for a total of EUR31,139.00
  3. On 10.10.2013 it sold 4,206 HELEX common registered shares, for a total of EUR29,344.94
  4. On 10.10.2013 it bought 3,000 HELEX common registered shares, for a total of EUR21,121.00

In addition, Eurobank Equities notified the company on 14.10.2013 that:

  1. On 11.10.2013 it bought 1,999 HELEX common registered shares, for a total of EUR14,819.61
  2. On 11.10.2013 it sold 8,841 HELEX common registered shares, for a total of EUR64,876.92
  3. On 11.10.2013 it bought 3,872 HELEX common registered shares, for a total of EUR28,564.22
  4. On 11.10.2013 it sold 3,872 HELEX common registered shares, for a total of EUR28,614.88
  5. On 11.10.2013 it bought 58 HELEX futures for a total of EUR42,465.00
  6. On 11.10.2013 it sold 17 HELEX futures for a total of EUR12,661.00

The above transactions by Eurobank Equities took place in its capacity as market maker in the derivatives market.

The notification by Eurobank Equities S.A. to HELEX and in turn by HELEX to the capital market authorities, is disclosed because Mr. Fokion Karavias holds a managerial position as non-executive member of the Eurobank Equities S.A. Board of Directors, while at the same time he is a non-executive member of the HELEX Board of Directors (i.e. liable for reporting according to Law 3340/2005).
