Announcement of regulated information in accordance with Law 3556/2007
16 July 2010 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3606/2007 that Eurobank EFG Equities notified it on 15.7.2010 that:
1. On 14.7.2010 it bought 200 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR948.00
2. On 14.7.2010 it sold 1,300 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR6,164.00
3. On 14.7.2010 it bought 13 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR6,150.00
4. On 14.7.2010 it sold 2 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR948.00
These transactions by Eurobank EFG Equities took place in its capacity as market maker in the derivatives market.
