Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007
16 May 2008 ? Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in conjunction with article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, that EFG Eurobank Securities notified it:
a) on 15.05.2008 that it sold on 13.05.2008 3,700 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €52,919.00
b) on 15.05.2008 that it purchased on 13.05.2008 30,087 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €424,801.24
c) on 15.05.2008 that it sold on 14.05.2008 22,410 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €323,822.06
The abovementioned transactions were made for the derivatives market making account.
