17 May 2011 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3606/2007 that Eurobank EFG Equities notified it on 16.05.2011 that:

1.   On 13.05.2011 it sold 4,884 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR25,542.32

In addition, Eurobank EFG Equities notified the company on 17.05.2011 that:
