Announcement of regulated information in accordance with Law 3556/2007 

17 October 2013 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. (HELEX) announces, pursuant to Laws 3556/2007 and 3606/2007, that Eurobank Equities notified it on 15.10.2013 that:

  1. On 14.10.2013 it sold 19 HELEX futures for a total of EUR13,879.00
  2. On 14.10.2013 it bought 5 HELEX futures for a total of EUR3,687.00
  3. On 14.10.2013 it sold 530 HELEX common registered shares, for a total of EUR3,911.00
  4. On 14.10.2013 it bought 2,427 HELEX common registered shares, for a total of EUR17,664.29

In addition, Eurobank Equities notified the company on 16.10.2013 that:

  1. On 15.10.2013 it bought 8,734 HELEX common registered shares, for a total of EUR64,977.87
  2. On 15.10.2013 it sold 5,619 HELEX common registered shares, for a total of EUR42,042.57
  3. On 15.10.2013 it bought 6,080 HELEX common registered shares, for a total of EUR45,760.00
  4. On 15.10.2013 it sold 6,080 HELEX common registered shares, for a total of EUR45,690.00
  5. On 15.10.2013 it bought 45 HELEX futures for a total of EUR33,524.00
  6. On 15.10.2013 it sold 2 HELEX futures for a total of EUR1,514.00

The above transactions by Eurobank Equities took place in its capacity as market maker in the derivatives market.

The notification by Eurobank Equities S.A. to HELEX and in turn by HELEX to the capital market authorities, is disclosed because Mr. Fokion Karavias holds a managerial position as non-executive member of the Eurobank Equities S.A. Board of Directors, while at the same time he is a non-executive member of the HELEX Board of Directors (i.e. liable for reporting according to Law 3340/2005).
