18 April 2011 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3606/2007 that Eurobank EFG Equities notified it on 18.04.2011 that:

1.   On 14.04.2011 it bought 500 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR2,991.00

2.   On 14.04.2011 it sold 5 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR2,915.00

3.   On 15.04.2011 it bought 100 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR584.00

4.   On 15.04.2011 it sold 1,100 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR6,333.64

5.   On 15.04.2011 it bought 12 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR6,794.00

6.   On 15.04.2011 it sold 1 HELEX future at a total value of EUR575.00
