Announcement of regulated information in accordance with Law 3556/2007 

18 January 2012 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3606/2007 that Eurobank EFG Equities notified it on 17.01.2012 that:

1.  Οn 16.01.2012 it sold 10 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR2,540.00.

In addition, Eurobank EFG Equities notified the company on 18.01.2012 that:

2.  On 17.01.2012 it bought 3,900 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR9,926.00

3.  On 17.01.2012 it sold 29 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR7,395.00
