Announcement of regulated information in accordance with Law 3556/2007 

18 June 2013 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. (HELEX) announces, pursuant to Laws 3556/2007 and 3606/2007, that Eurobank Equities notified it on 14.06.2013 that:

1.    On 12.06.2013 it sold 181 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR101,909.00

2.    On 12.06.2013 it bought 118 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR66,501.00

3.    On 12.06.2013 it sold 1,130 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR4,494.24

4.    On 12.06.2013 it bought 1,130 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR6,462.36

5.    On 12.06.2013 it sold 20,184 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR112,758.56

6.    On 12.06.2013 it bought 15,500 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR87,023.41

7.    On 12.06.2013 it sold 5,000 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR28,846.48

8.    On 12.06.2013 it bought 5,000 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR28,089.00

9.    On 12.06.2013 it sold 65 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR35,319.00

10.  On 12.06.2013 it bought 150 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR79,624.00

11.   On 13.06.2013 it sold 3,290 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR17,428.20

12.  On 13.06.2013 it bought 3,290 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR17,342.70

13.  On 13.06.2013 it sold 15,873 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR84,700.31

14.  On 13.06.2013 it bought 11,262 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR61,810.29

In addition, Eurobank EFG Equities notified the company on 17.06.2013 that:

15.  On 14.06.2013 it bought 9,178 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR53,640.80

16.  On 14.06.2013 it sold 2,400 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR14,145.00

17.  On 14.06.2013 it bought 42 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR24,703.00

18.  On 14.06.2013 it sold 47 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR27,567.00

The above transactions by Eurobank Equities took place in its capacity as market maker in the derivatives market.

The notification by Eurobank Equities S.A. to HELEX and in turn by HELEX to the capital market authorities, is disclosed because Mr. Konstantinos Vousvounis holds a managerial position as non-executive chairman of the Eurobank Equities S.A. Board of Directors, while at the same time he is a non-executive member of the HELEX Board of Directors (i.e. liable for reporting according to Law 3340/2005).
