Announcement of regulated information in accordance with Law 3556/2007
18 June 2013 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. (HELEX) announces, pursuant to Laws 3556/2007 and 3606/2007, that Eurobank Ergasias S.A. notified it on 17.06.2013 that on 14.06.2013 it sold 80,000 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR464,604.00.
The notification by Eurobank Ergasias S.A. to HELEX and in turn by HELEX to the capital market authorities, is disclosed because Mr. Konstantinos Vousvounis holds the post of General Manager, Member of the Executive Committee at Eurobank Ergasias S.A., while at the same time he is a non-executive member of the HELEX Board of Directors (i.e. liable for reporting according to Law 3340/2005).
