Announcement of regulated information in accordance with Law 3556/2007

19 July 2011 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3606/2007 that Eurobank EFG Equities notified it on 15.07.2011 that:

1.  On 14.07.2011 it sold 2,000 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR8,960.00

2.  On 14.07.2011 it bought 20 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR8,940.00

In addition, Eurobank EFG Equities notified the company on 19.07.2011 that:

3.  On 15.07.2011 it sold 800 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR3,619.03

4.  On 15.07.2011 it bought 8 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR3,585.00

5.  On 18.07.2011 it bought 500 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR2,250.00

6.  On 18.07.2011 it sold 5 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR2,260.00

The above transactions by Eurobank EFG Equities took place in its capacity as market maker in the derivatives market.
