Announcement of regulated information in accordance with Law 3556/2007 

19 November 2013 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. (HELEX) announces, pursuant to Laws 3556/2007 and 3606/2007, that Eurobank Equities notified it on 18.11.2013 that:

1. On 13.11.2013 it sold 100 HELEX common registered shares, for a total of EUR750.70
2. On 15.11.2013 it bought 2,900 HELEX common registered shares, for a total of EUR21,619.80
3. On 15.11.2013 it sold 9,908 HELEX common registered shares, for a total of EUR73,472.63
4. On 15.11.2013 it bought 8 HELEX futures for a total of EUR5,896.00
5. On 15.11.2013 it sold 29 HELEX futures for a total of EUR21,733.00

The above transactions by Eurobank Equities took place in its capacity as market maker in the derivatives market.

The notification by Eurobank Equities S.A. to HELEX and in turn by HELEX to the capital market authorities, is disclosed because Mr. Fokion Karavias holds a managerial position as non-executive member of the Eurobank Equities S.A. Board of Directors, while at the same time he is a non-executive member of the HELEX Board of Directors (i.e. liable for reporting according to Law 3340/2005).
