19 October 2010 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3606/2007 that Eurobank EFG Equities notified it on 18.10.2010 that:

 1.      On 15.10.2010 it bought 700 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR4,183.00

 2.      On 15.10.2010 it sold 800 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR4,752.00

 3.      On 15.10.2010 it bought 1,602 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR9,578.76

 4.      On 15.10.2010 it sold 751 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR4,386.38

 5.      On 15.10.2010 it bought 11 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR6,596.12

 6.      On 15.10.2010 it sold 21 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR12,660.76
