Announcement of regulated information in accordance with Law 3556/2007

2 November 2010 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3606/2007 that Eurobank EFG Equities notified it on 01.11.2010 that:

 1.      On 29.10.2010 it bought 411 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR2,363.46

 2.      On 29.10.2010 it sold 5,511 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR31,968.91

 3.      On 29.10.2010 it bought 54 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR32,104.07

 4.      On 29.10.2010 it sold 4 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR2,378.27

The above transactions by Eurobank EFG Equities took place in its capacity as market maker in the derivatives market.
