Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007

20 August 2007 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces that pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in conjunction with article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, that Mr. ELEFTHERIOS POLYTARIDIS, a director of the company (person obliged to disclose such information based on article 13 of Law 3340/2005), notified the company that on 13.08.2007 sold 1,000 common registered shares with a total value of EUR19,080 and on 17.08.2007 sold another 1,000 common registered shares with a total value of EUR18,800.
