22 December 2011 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3606/2007 that Eurobank EFG Equities notified it on 21.12.2011 that:
1. On 20.12.2011 it bought 1,599 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR4,413.24
2. On 20.12.2011 it sold 1,599 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR4,396.08
3. On 20.12.2011 it sold 500 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR1,381.04
4. On 20.12.2011 it bought 5 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR1,365.00
In addition, Eurobank EFG Equities notified the company on 22.12.2011 that:
5. On 21.12.2011 it bought 5 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR1,400.00
