3.  On 19.01.2012 it sold 2,600 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR6,810.00

4.  On 19.01.2012 it bought 2,500 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR6,351.00

The above transactions by Eurobank EFG Equities took place in its capacity as market maker in the derivatives market.
