23 October 2012 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. (HELEX) announces, pursuant to Laws 3556/2007 and 3606/2007, that Eurobank EFG Equities notified it on 16.10.2012 that:
1. On 15.10.2012 it bought 30 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR10,920.00
2. On 15.10.2012 it sold 76 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR28,018.00
3. On 15.10.2012 it bought 1,500 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR5,490.00
4. On 15.10.2012 it bought 6,594 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR24,102.86
5. On 15.10.2012 it bought 5,000 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR18,250.00
6. On 15.10.2012 it sold 2,000 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR7,260.00

Transactions 1-4, 7-12, 15-18, 20, 22-24 and 26 by Eurobank EFG Equities took place in its capacity as market maker in the derivatives market.
The notification by Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. to HELEX and in turn by HELEX to the capital market authorities, is disclosed because Mr. Konstantinos Vousvounis holds a managerial position as non-executive chairman of the Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. Board of Directors, while at the same time he is a non-executive member of the HELEX Board of Directors (i.e. liable for reporting according to Law 3340/2005).
