23 September 2008 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in conjunction with article 11 of resolution 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, that EFG Eurobank Securities notified it:

2.      on 22.09.2008 that it sold on 19.09.2008 6,900 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €55,124.00

3.      on 22.09.2008 that it purchased on 19.09.2008 15,000 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €117,463.20

4.      on 23.09.2008 that it purchased on 19.09.2008 886 HELEX Futures with a total value of €699,940.00

5.      on 23.09.2008 that it purchased on 22.09.2008 1,800 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €15,233.00

6.      on 23.09.2008 that it sold on 22.09.2008 8,300 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €70,365.00

7.      on 23.09.2008 that it purchased on 22.09.2008 2,000 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €17,560.00

8.      on 23.09.2008 that it sold on 22.09.2008 17,000 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €144,796.04
