26 February 2009 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in conjunction with article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Market Commission that it was notified that the Director Mr. Nikolaos Porfyris purchased on 24.02.2009, 250 common registered shares with a total value of EUR1,035.
