26 June 2012 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. (HELEX) announces, pursuant to Laws 3556/2007 and 3606/2007, that Eurobank EFG Equities notified it on 19.06.2012 that:
1. On 19.06.2012 it bought 74 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR17,020.00
2. On 19.06.2012 it sold 140 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR33,444.00
3. On 19.06.2012 it bought 23,491 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR57,422.40
4. On 19.06.2012 it bought 7,332 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR17,083.56
5. On 19.06.2012 it bought 14,500 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR34,483.30
6. On 19.06.2012 it sold 23,491 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR57,314.43
7. On 19.06.2012 it sold 700 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR1,590.70
In addition, Eurobank EFG Equities notified the company on 22.06.2012 that:

9. On 20.06.2012 it sold 288 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR73,679.00

Finally, Eurobank EFG Equities notified the company on 25.06.2012 that:

20. On 21.06.2012 it sold 4,310 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR11,041.60
The transactions #1-3 and 5-20 by Eurobank EFG Equities took place in its capacity as market maker in the derivatives market.
The notification by Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. to HELEX and in turn by HELEX to the capital market authorities, is disclosed because Mr. Konstantinos Vousvounis holds a managerial position as non-executive chairman of the Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. Board of Directors, while at the same time he is a non-executive member of the HELEX Board of Directors (i.e. liable for reporting according to Law 3340/2005).
