Announcement of regulated information according to Law3556/2007 

26 April 2011 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3606/2007 that Eurobank EFG Equities notified it on 21.04.2011 that:

1.   On 20.04.2011 it bought 500 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR2,675.00

2.   On 20.04.2011 it sold 1,700 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR8,835.71

3.   On 20.04.2011 it bought 12 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR6,143.00

4.   On 20.04.2011 it sold 5 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR2,625.00

In addition, Eurobank EFG Equities notified the company on 26.04.2011 that:

5.   On 21.04.2011 it bought 1.500 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR7,665.00

6.   On 21.04.2011 it sold 100 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR510.00

7.   On 21.04.2011 it bought 1 HELEX future at a total value of EUR498.00

8.   On 21.04.2011 it sold 10 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR5,020.00
