Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007
27 May 2008 ? Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in conjunction with article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, that EFG Eurobank Securities notified it:
a) on 27.05.2008 that it sold on 23.05.2008 1,900 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €25,688.40
b) on 27.05.2008 that it purchased on 23.05.2008 6,700 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €89,410.00
c) on 27.05.2008 that it sold on 26.05.2008 1,800 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €23,732.00
The abovementioned transaction was made for the derivatives market making account.
