Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007

27 November 2008 -  Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in conjunction with article 11 of resolution 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, that EFG Eurobank Securities notified it:

 1.      on 26.11.2008 that it sold on 24.11.2008 100 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €650.00

 2.      on 26.11.2008 that it purchased on 25.11.2008 2,400 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €16,352.00

 3.      on 26.11.2008 that it sold on 25.11.2008 1,000 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €6,790.00

 4.      on 27.11.2008 that it purchased on 26.11.2008 580 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €3,777.60

 5.      on 27.11.2008 that it sold on 26.11.2008 680 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €4,441.60

All of the above transactions were made for the derivatives market making account.
