Announcement of regulated information in accordance with Law 3556/2007 

28 April 2011 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3606/2007 that Eurobank EFG Equities notified it on 27.04.2011 that:

1.   On 26.04.2011 it bought 8,755 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR44,650.50

In addition, Eurobank EFG Equities notified the company on 28.04.2011 that:

2.   On 27.04.2011 it bought 13 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR6,390.00

3.   On 27.04.2011 it sold 1,300 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR6,573.00
