30 July 2014 - Hellenic Exchanges-Athens Stock Exchange S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3556/2007, that it was notified that the CEO Mr. Socrates Lazaridis bought on 29.07.2014 300 common registered shares of the Company at a total value of EUR2,338.59.
