29 June 2011 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3606/2007 that Eurobank EFG Equities notified it on 27.06.2011 that:

1. On 24.06.2011 it sold 1 HELEX future at a total value of EUR472.00

2. On 24.06.2011 it bought 100 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EU468.00

In addition, Eurobank EFG Equities notified the company on 28.06.2011 that:

4. On 27.06.2011 it sold 6 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR2,730.00
