Announcement of regulated information in accordance with Law 3556/2007 

29 March 2011 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3606/2007 that Eurobank EFG Equities notified it on 29.03.2011 that:

1.   On 24.03.2011 it bought 300 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR1,968.00

2.   On 24.03.2011 it sold 500 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR3,275.00

3.   On 24.03.2011 it bought 5 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR3,220.00

4.   On 24.03.2011 it sold 3 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR1,941.00

The above transactions by Eurobank EFG Equities took place in its capacity as market maker in the derivatives market.
