Announcement of regulated information in accordance with Law 3556/2007 

29 november 2013 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. (HELEX) announces, pursuant to Laws 3556/2007 and 3606/2007, that Eurobank Equities notified it on 28.11.2013 that:

  1. On 26.11.2013 it sold 10 HELEX futures for a total of EUR7,920.00
  2. On 26.11.2013 it bought 29 HELEX futures for a total of EUR22,724.00
  3. On 26.11.2013 it sold 5.984 HELEX common registered shares, for a total of EUR46,950.73
  4. On 26.11.2013 it bought 1.000 HELEX common registered shares, for a total of EUR7,890.00
  5. On 26.11.2013 it bought 1.280 HELEX common registered shares, for a total of EUR9,548.80
  6. On 27.11.2013 it sold 13 HELEX futures for a total of EUR10,142.00
  7. On 27.11.2013 it bought 14 HELEX futures for a total of EUR10,507.00
  8. On 27.11.2013 it sold 6.424 HELEX common registered shares, for a total of EUR50,363.15
  9. On 27.11.2013 it bought 6.424 HELEX common registered shares, for a total of EUR50,573.16
  10. On 27.11.2013 it sold 2.716 HELEX common registered shares, for a total of EUR20,603.96
  11. On 27.11.2013 it sold 1.200 HELEX common registered shares, for a total of EUR9,330.00

The notification by Eurobank Equities S.A. to HELEX and in turn by HELEX to the capital market authorities, is disclosed because Mr. Fokion Karavias holds a managerial position as non-executive member of the Eurobank Equities S.A. Board of Directors, while at the same time he is a non-executive member of the HELEX Board of Directors (i.e. liable for reporting according to Law 3340/2005).
