3 July 2008 ? Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in conjunction with article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, that it was notified:

On 2.7.2008 that the Director Mr Christos Magioglou purchased on 1.7.2008, 1,000 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €8,042.20.
On 3.7.2008 that the Director Mr Porfyris Nikolaos purchased on 3.7.2008, 500 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €3,960.00.
