30 January 2008 ? Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in conjunction with article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, that it was notified that the Deputy Director Mrs. Voyiatzi Aggeliki sold on 29.01.2008 500 common registered shares with a total value of €11,600.
