 2.      On 28.09.2010 it bought 927 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR4,872.93

 3.      On 28.09.2010 it sold 4,370 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR22,888.60

 4.      On 28.09.2010 it bought 4,370 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR23,004.90

 5.      On 27.09.2010 it bought 1,000 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR5,400.00
