The company MLS Multimedia S.A. announces that mr. John Kamatakis President and Chairman of the Board of Directors on Thursday  December 20, 2013, bought 312.458 shares of a total value of 1.032.200,73€ and sold 305.458 shares of a total value of 1.015.175,14€ .

Also mr. George Tachtalidis I.R Officer on Thursday  December 20, 2013, bought 19.500 shares of a total value of 64.155€ and sold 19.500 shares of a total value of 64.155€ .

The  announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 .
