5 December 2008 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in conjunction with article 11 of resolution 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, that EFG Eurobank Securities notified it:1. on 04.12.2008 that it purchased on 02.12.2008 500 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of EUR2,910.00
2. on 04.12.2008 that it sold on 02.12.2008 1,700 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of EUR10,244.00
3. on 05.12.2008 that it purchased on 03.12.2008 2.500 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of EUR14,440.00
4. on 05.12.2008 that it sold on 03.12.2008 700 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of EUR3,920.00
5. on 05.12.2008 that it purchased on 04.12.2008 13,350 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of EUR76,393.22
6. on 05.12.2008 that it sold on 04.12.2008 4,650 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of EUR25,778.00
All of the above transactions were made for the derivatives market making account.
