The company IASO S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 (art. 3 and art. 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that the Α' Vice-President of the Company, Mr Mameletzis Charalambos of Konstantinos  (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), on November 11^th 2013, sold 1.550 common shares, with a total net value of euro 1.985,67
