Announcement of regulated information in accordance with Law 3556/2007

6 December 2012 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. (HELEX) announces, pursuant to Laws 3556/2007 and 3606/2007, that Eurobank EFG Equities notified it on 29.11.2012 that:

1.    On 28.11.2012 it bought 1 HELEX future at a total value of EUR370.00

2.    On 28.11.2012 it sold 102 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR379.44

In addition, Eurobank EFG Equities notified the company on 30.11.2012 that:

3.    On 29.11.2012 it sold 3 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR1,106.00

4.    On 29.11.2012 it bought 306 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR1,123.02

In addition, Eurobank EFG Equities notified the company on 3.12.2012 that:

6.    On 30.11.2012 it bought 25,357 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR95,187.33

8.    On 30.11.2012 it bought 1,000 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR3,670.00

9.    On 30.11.2012 it sold 1,000 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR3,680.00

10.  On 30.11.2012 it sold 12,000 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR45,250.00

In addition, Eurobank EFG Equities notified the company on 4.12.2012 that:

12.  On 3.12.2012 it bought 339 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR1,308.47

Transactions #1-6, 8, 9 and 11-13 by Eurobank EFG Equities took place in its capacity as market maker in the derivatives market.

The notification by Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. to HELEX and in turn by HELEX to the capital market authorities, is disclosed because Mr. Konstantinos Vousvounis holds a managerial position as non-executive chairman of the Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. Board of Directors, while at the same time he is a non-executive member of the HELEX Board of Directors (i.e. liable for reporting according to Law 3340/2005).
