07 January 2008 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in conjunction with article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, that it was notified that the Director Mr. Patrikios Apostolos sold on 04.01.2008 3.000 common registered shares with a total value of €72.070.
