7 July 2011 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3606/2007 that Eurobank EFG Equities notified it on 06.07.2011 that:1. On 05.07.2011 it sold 41 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR20,094.00
2. On 05.07.2011 it bought 3.700 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR18,039.00
In addition, Eurobank EFG Equities notified the company on 07.07.2011 that:
3. On 06.07.2011 it bought 400 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR1,920.00
The above transactions by Eurobank EFG Equities took place in its capacity as market maker in the derivatives market.
