Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007

7 October 2008 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in conjunction with article 11 of resolution 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, that EFG Eurobank Securities notified it:

 1.      on 06.10.2008 that it purchased on 03.10.2008 989 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €8,244.04

 2.      on 06.10.2008 that it sold on 03.10.2008 200 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €1,664.00

 3.      on 06.10.2008 that it sold on 03.10.2008 69,930 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €582,627.34

 4.      on 07.10.2008 that it purchased on 06.10.2008 901 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €7,172.16

 5.      on 07.10.2008 that it sold on 06.10.2008 3,700 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €30,133.00

All the above transactions, excluding number 3, were made for the derivatives market making account.
