“SPACE HELLAS S.A. TELECOMMUNICATIONS, IT, SECURITY SYSTEMS AND SERVICES - PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES PRIVATE ENTERPRISE” (“Space Hellas S.A. ”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the HCMC Circular 33/2007, announces the following: In December 18^th 2014, Space Hellas S.A. received a notification from Alpha Bank, according to which, in December 16^th 2014, the direct percentage of the said shareholder as regards its voting rights in Space Hellas S.A. decreased from 19,33% to 14,95% which corresponds to 965.256 common nominal with voting rights shares to the total 6.456.530 shares of the Space Hellas S.A., as a result of the sale to its 100% daughter company Ioniki Simmetoxon A.E. (Ionian Holdings S.A.).  Following the above, the indirect percentage of Alpha Bank to the voting rights in Space Hellas S.A. increased from 0% to 4,38%, which corresponds to 282.800 common nominal with voting rights shares to the total 6.456.530 shares of Space Hellas S.A.
