Space Hellas S.A. (“the company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), Law 3340/2005 and Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (article 11), announces that the Executive Vice President of Space Hellas S.A., Mr. Mertzanis Ioannis son of Anastasios (person obliged to notify in accordance with article 13 of Law 3340/2005) bought 6.100 common registered shares of the company with a total value of € 9.943,00 on March 26^th, 2015.
