Announcement of regulated information in accordance with Law 3556/2007

9 November 2010 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3606/2007 that Eurobank EFG Equities notified it on 08.11.2010 that:

 1.      On 05.11.2010 it bought 1,030 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR5,901.90

 2.      On 05.11.2010 it sold 10 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR5,901.90

The above transactions by Eurobank EFG Equities took place in its capacity as market maker in the derivatives market.
